Terms of Service
This is a placeholder draft prepared for review by counsel. It is not yet legal advice and has not been signed off.
vtstreamer.com (“the Service”) is operated by DPA Cloud Services Ltd (“we”, “us”), registered in England & Wales. We provide hosting, templates and tools that let a creator (“the Creator”) publish their own website. By using the Service, or by visiting a site built on it, you agree to these terms.
Effective 15 October 2026 · applies to vtstreamer.com and every site it hosts, including this one (vtstreamer.com).
1. Who is responsible for what
The Service is a platform. Every site on it is designed, written, coloured and filled by its Creator. We do not create, review, endorse or control Creator content — persona lore, art, clips, offers, merch, links, fan submissions or anything else a Creator publishes.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any Creator content, any loss arising from it, or any dispute between a Creator and their audience.
2. Service levels
Speed. We aim for a 95th-percentile time-to-first-byte under 400 ms for public creator site pages and under 1.5 s for the admin panel and its API, measured from outside our network across the whole path a visitor uses — DNS, Cloudflare, our tunnel, our server. Measured on 2026-09-28 over 400 requests: 96 ms and 74 ms respectively on a fresh connection, 50 ms and 34 ms on a reused one. We publish these targets because we have measured them, not instead of measuring them.
Availability. How often a creator site answers is published at vtstreamer.com/status, measured every 15 seconds from a monitoring server that is not the one serving the sites. That page says what it measures and what it cannot see. We do not commit to a monthly uptime percentage.
What happens if we miss. No service credits or other compensation for downtime are offered yet. If that changes, the terms will be published on the status page and here. If your use of the Service depends on a contractual availability figure, email legal@dpa-cloud.co.uk and we will discuss terms rather than point you at a page.
A word about caching, because an earlier draft was misleading. That draft applied the speed target only to pages served from Cloudflare's cache. None of ours are, and none can be: every public page is rendered for the individual request so that its security headers are unique to you, which means Cloudflare is told not to store it. The target above is for pages built fresh each time — a harder promise than a cached one, and the one we actually keep.
3. What is outside our control
The targets above cover the parts of the Service we run. They do not apply to, and we are not liable for, downtime or degradation caused by:
5. Acceptable use
Creators may not use the Service to host content that is illegal where they or we operate, that infringes anyone's rights, that sexualises minors, that harasses or doxxes, or that distributes malware. Pornography and sexually explicit material are not permitted on any site, whether or not it is marked mature. A Creator may mark their site as having mature themes; visitors are then asked their date of birth, and anyone who gives an age under 18 is turned away. That question is a content warning the visitor answers for themselves, not age verification, and it does not make sexually explicit material permitted. Mature material never appears in a site's public preview, favicon or share image.
6. Payments taken on-site
Where a Pro Creator enables on-site membership or commissions, payment is processed by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers (see the Compliance page). The Creator is the merchant of record and is responsible for delivering what they sell, for refunds, and for any tax due on their income. We may withhold payouts or disable on-site payments where we see fraud, chargebacks or a legal requirement.
7. Your content and licence
Creators keep every right to their content. They grant us the non-exclusive licence needed to host, cache, resize, transcode and display it as part of running their site, and to show it in the admin panel. Fan-art submitters grant the same licence to the Creator and to us, plus permission for the Creator to display the piece with credit. The licence ends when content is deleted, allowing for backup rotation of up to 30 days.
8. Notices and takedowns
Rights holders can send infringement notices to legal@dpa-cloud.co.uk. We follow a notice-and-takedown process, forward notices to the Creator, and restore content on a valid counter-notice unless the complainant files suit. Repeat infringers lose their account.
